A CONVERSATION WITH SENATOR DIANNE FEINSTEIN AT TOWN HALL LOS ANGELES

Los Angeles, CA – Monday, October 24, 2011 –The Honorable Dianne Feinstein, US Senator - California (D) will discuss jobs, the economy, and other national and global issues with Town Hall Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. This event is presented in partnership with the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC).

Elected to the Senate in 1992, Feinstein is Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water, and serves on the Senate Judiciary and Rules and Administration Committees. In 1978, Feinstein became Mayor of San Francisco, serving two four-year terms.

Senator Feinstein will be in conversation with PPIC’s President and CEO, Mark Baldassare. The Public Policy Institute of California’s mission is to inform and improve public policy in California through independent, objective, nonpartisan research on major social, economic, and political issues.
